The Lab presents

2012 is starting out with gatherings and several presentations:

• The Aquatic Toxicology Laboratory held its annual retreat at Ney Nature Center on January 6, 2012 with almost 30 students and faculty in attendance.
• Dr. Schoenfuss spoke at the 2012 Appreciation meeting of the HAwk Creek Watershed in Wilmar, MN on February 8, 2012.
• Kelsey Lesteberg and Dan Rearick will present at the annual meeting of the Midwest Chapter of the Society for Toxicology & Chemistry on March 21/22 in Minneapolis, MN.
• Dan Rearick will speak on March 23, 2012 at the MPCA Wastewater Operators Conference.
• Dr. Schoenfuss will speak as part of the annual Earth Day festivities in Spicer, MN on April 22, 2012.

Midwest Chapter Meeting SETAC, Duluth, MN

The St. Cloud State University Aquatic Toxicology Laboratory will be well represented at the March 31-April 2, 2008 meeting of the Midwest Chapter of the Society for Environmental Toxicology & Chemistry in Duluth, MN.  

At least five presentations by students and faculty are scheduled for the meeting ranging from effects of endocrine disrupting compounds on the primary producer community, via effects on daphnia to effects on larval and adult fathead minnows.
